”Säpo visste allt om komplotten”

28.11.2010.
Mina frågor blir i dag:

”The Secret Service knew everything!”
To The European Union, Viviane Reding, Commissioner, 175. Rue de la Loi, 1048 Brussels, Belgium.
Madam, I send to you a translation of my letter to-day to:
The Swedish Judicial Minister, the Swedish National Attorney, the Swedish Head of Police, and the Head of the Swedish Secret Service, and I draw your attention to the important message of this letter!
”8 weeks after the murder /of Prime Minister Olof Palme/, the Secret Service knew everything about the coup, but it was not until three years later that the Police investigators saw the report with its 1 200 pieces of information which free Christer Pettersson! But the National Attorney and the Criminal Investigatiion Department were not interested. PALME-Nytt /my news letter ”PALME-News”/ gives you the truth, found in open documents which no one wants to notice”!
This text stems from the first page of my news letter PALME-News No. 12, 19.11.2001, and the information has never been contradicted.
On March 11, 1986, /Olof Palme having been killed February 28/ a Chief Inspector at the Secret Service was ordered to organize an investigative group which should examine and analyze whether Olof Palme had been the target of surveillance. The Group reported on April 24 1986. The Group had handled some 1 200 pieces of information, around 400 of which had been studied more closely. The Group had also studied inquiries set up with Olof Palme´s assistants, life guards, and Lisbeth Palme.
The Group is of the opinion that, during the period up to February 7, 1986, it cannot be precluded that surveillance of Olof Palme had taken place.
The analysis – in the Secret Service act A 11544 - indicates that Olof Palme was under surveillance on the afternoon of February 27 and from the time that he left his residence on the evening of February 28 up to his murder at 23.21 hrs.
From the material analyzed two persons have been crystallized who can have taken part in this surveillance. Also another person can be detected. Thus, the operation will have been carried out by at least three persons, and the assassin.
This Secret Service report A 11544 was handed over on May 12, 1989, to the CID, thus at the same time as the preliminary report about the ”lone assassin” Christer Pettersson was being purveyed to the representatives of the Press, from the Police HQ building in Stockholm.
My questions to-day are the following:
How could Christer Pettersson, under these circumstances, have been taken to court?
How have my four addressees, during the years that have passed, handled this Secret Service information, stemming from the very first part of the murder inquiry?
What does ”crystallize” imply? Are Swedish authorities in fact aware of the identities of the four persons indicated? How can, otherwise, a term so distinct as ”crystallize” be used by the Secret Service?
How can you, my addressees, explain what happened then and what happens – or rather does not happen – to-day?
Do you, my addressees, maintain that it was all right to stigmatize Christer Pettersson as the ”lone assassin” in the Palme murder, in spite of the fact that, according to the Secret Service, the murder was the result of an organized four men operation?
This letter now goes to you, Commissioner Viviane Reding, with my earnest request that you look into this explosive matter! The letter, both in Swedish and English, can be read on my blog,
I thank you for the interest you have hitherto granted my Palme investigations, and I look forward to hearing from you in the nearest future!
Yours very sincerely
Sven Anér, 85, Karlsrogatan, S-752 39 Uppsala, Sweden. (46) 18 15 12 79.
